Our offices is located in the U.S. Bank Building in beautiful downtown St. Paul, which is
conveniently  found and has free parking.

ProActive's Mission Statement.

We at ProActive Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Center are a creating wellness centered
chiropractic center for the health conscious, wellness minded consumer and their families
looking to: improve their overall health and well-being, prevent health problems, and live a more
vital life. Unlike other chiropractors who focus on back pain, we focus on the individual's health
potential and provide a unique wellness experience as opposed to treating a symptom.

Nathan Burdash, D.C.

A graduate from Northwestern College of
Chiropractic with an undergraduate degree
from the University of Minnesota, Morris in
Psychology. Has taken certification coursed in
wellness and extensive training in auto accident
rehabilitation therapies.   Dr. Burdash grew up in the
Woodbury/Cottage Grove area.  Loves almost
every sport, outdoor activities and church activities.


            
Our Staff:

Sarah O'Neil - Licensed Massage Therapist

Sarah has been practicing massage for over three years. She received her training and
certificate in Massage Therapy at Saint Paul College. Most of her clients come to her for relief
from stress, headache, and relaxation. She specializes in Swedish  relaxation massage, deep
tissue, and hot stone massage.

We would love to check your insurance benefits for you.
We are in many insurance networks and have extended
benefits with many others.  We also offer very affordable
cash plans as an alternative for care.


Types of Payment Accepted:

We can work with most people's budgets to give everyone the most effective coverage and
potential to live healthier lives. We accept most major credit cards. Patients may apply for
CareCredit in the office. We also have Patient Payment Plans that can be spread out over
12-months (autodebit/bankdraft).
